How To Cancel AmeriPlan ®
At some point, you may need to cancel your AmeriPlan ® membership. You can't cancel over the phone, only by email. Send your email to
stop@stopmembership.com with these 3 pieces of information:
Your Full Name And Address
Your Desire To Cancel
Your Member Number
If you don't know your member number, please call member services at 1-800-647-8421. Their business hours are 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time. Once you have sent this email, your cancellation will take place 30 days from when your email is received.
AmeriPlan ® is available in the following states:
